Master Quest and Dragon Items – Why Now?
Recently, Jagex released their first quest to require all previous quests completed, and the highest level requirement. They also released the Dragon Platebody. Why now?
Is it because newbier quests are goign to be released and they want to keep high level players interested? Is the upcoming quest, said to be even harder, coming out soon? Jagex recently did a lot of firsts in quests. First Tz-haar quest, first wilderness quest, new Summoning quests, and now incredibly difficult quests.
Why were the dragon items released now? Did Jagex finally give in to all the requests? If we all get together and beg Jagex for some sort of updates, will they give in?

Countdown to 99 Week Twelve
The length of this Countdown begins to take its toll….

Sad
I regret to inform you all that my grandmother died today. She died at 11:16 A.M. in her home. She died peacefully in her sleep. I will miss her, and this site wouldn’t be here without her paying for my membership. This post is a dedication to my grandmother, Barbara Turner.

It’s Tom Turkey, Charlie Brown!
Happy Thanksgiving all!
As you might have noticed, I didn’t post yesterday about all the updates yesterday, including: While Guthix Sleeps, Dragon PLatebody, and Dragon Claws, and I will write about each of those over the following days but today I will focus on the first ever Thanksgiving event!
This week, instead of penguins, Turkeys are hiding around RuneScape! (Note: no penguin points are givien out, and penguins can still be found this week.) The locations are:
- Lumbridge swamp. (Found near a small house)
- Near the Smithing tutor in Lumbridge. (Found a little north)
- East of the Mining Guild. (Found very far east from Mining Guild)
- Around the Al Kharid plateleg store. (Found a little south)
- The Al Kharid Mine. (Found directly below the Mine)
- Near Edgeville Dungeon. (Found directly south of the entrance)
- Near Draynor Manor. (Found right behind Manor)
- Near the Monastery. (Found one Western side of the Monastery)
- Mudskipper Point. (That is the exact location!)
- South of Western Varrock Bank. (Found in the house directly below the smithing tutor)
You can also kill turkeys for their meat. You can get Raw Turkey, Raw Turkey Drumstick, and Cornucopia.
The reward is a new emote.

New Monthly Contest: Say, “LOL!”
There is a new contest on this site called the monthly contest. This month’s contest is: Funny RuneScape Pictures. Here is an example I took during filming of my campaign video:

Take a funny picture, on runescape, and send to it to me at duelknight@verizon.net. All are due by November 31 and the winner and next contest will be anounced the next day. Election News
For anyone interested in the election, the final vote is December 31, and the president will be sworn in January 1, 2009.
Here is an early poll just to see who is likely to win at this point:

One more thing: Anyone who runs, but doesn’t win, gets to be governor of a region of their choice, after the election. Oh, and people can run as many times as they want, even after winning.
